Adding new disk to a DL360 G10

Hello,

I have a some DL360 G10 servers that have 2 x SSD drives in a hardware RAID. The servers are running Windows 2016.
I would like to add an extra 2 x SSD set of disks in a new mirror set - all  sounds simple enough. My question is:

1. Can the disk be added to the spare slots without taking the sever down.

2. Can I add these new disks and create a new Mirror without taking the server down - or rebooting. If so how?
