Blue Screen Trap
Good Morning,
This previous weekend one of my servers dropped twice. The Hp Management agent has the following events listed,
1
POST Error: 1792-Drive Array Reports Valid Data Found in Array Accelerator 2/20/2005 4:30PM 2/20/2005 4:30PM 1
2
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80533440)) 2/20/2005 4:29PM 2/20/2005 4:29PM 1
3
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x8058E41A, 0xF5FAB90C, 0x00000000)) 2/19/2005 9:25AM 2/19/2005 9:25AM 1
I believe the first is fine. This means that data that was not written to the array is saved when the machine is restarted.
The second usually refers to a hardware failure. However there is no software being displayed as failed. However MS Windows patches were applied on Friday night.
The last is known to occur from memory module errors.
This makes sense as both of them refer to hardware problems. However the systems management does not show any hardware failures.
Does anyone have any further information regarding these errors?
Thanks
Richard
