Can't see Clear Offline button - firmware upgrade required?
I can't see the Clear Offline button on our 1x1x16 IP Console Switch. Perhaps I need to upgrade firmware. I have downloaded SP29057.exe from HP. Do I then tftp this filename using the GUI (+ my tftp server) or does this need to be extracted first? ie..is SP29057.exe the actual filename of the firmware?
P.S. this thread has been moved from Servers > Appliance Servers to Servers > general - HP Forums moderator
