Chance of overloading a UPS?
I have a number of HP Proliant servers that all have a redundant power supply. All servers connect to two separate UPS systems. Both UPS systems are almost at their max load level.
The Question; What will happen if on of the UPS systems dies? Will this overload the other UPS?

Re: Chance of overloading a UPS?
Hello,
Is the UPS running on the Latest FIRMWAREs?
Obviously if 2 UPS together is overloaded, one will be too much for it to handle.
Regards.

Re: Chance of overloading a UPS?
Hi,
I don't think you understand my question.
What I want to know which power supply is actually being used? Or do the work as a team and when one dies the other starts to consume more power. If the later is the case then if one UPS fails the other power supplies will overload the second UPS.
