Greetings from warm and sunny Florida! We need the user manuals and the latest updated firmware for the Compaq 8-Port 4110 and Compaq 4-Port 4115 KVM Switches. The current firmware is 1.10. Both have the 0-3 boards in them which will accept Windows 2000 operating system and the Microsoft Intellimouse. A quick response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks... Richard Kutcher

I only thing I can tell you regarding the firmware is the part number. The firmware in this KVM is not flashable. It requires replacing the chip on the bottom of the kvm, which contains the firmware. The part number is 340579-001. The latest version of the firmware is 2.0.3, with the previous version being 1.10.12.
