Compq KVM Switch

Hi folks, new to these forums.

I have inherited a set of servers with a Compaq 3310 KVM (Apex) switch. I believe the previous admin has the switch protected in some way. I can push the "print screen" and the switch will go into scan mode, but the keyboard and mouse commands are not passed to the selected server.

Is there a way to reset the switch?
