Correct Power size

My school has a used Dl 380 g9 server with 12 2tb drives. The power supply that came with the server is dual  1400w PSUsthat requires 200 to 240 volts input. The location where the server will be placed is not wired to provide 240 volts.  If we replace the PSUs with power supplies rated at 800watts, how many drives should be operating to ensure we do not overload the server? the server has two CPS and 256g of memory.

Technically, most power outlets in the United States are capable of outputting 220v, just it is split between the two 120v outlets, at least from my understanding. If the server needs to be moved to a different area, you might want to look into having an electrician install a high voltage outlet, of course checking if the setup is compatible with that amount of power.
