DL380 G8 iLO error message - don't know what it means

I posted a couple of days ago about an NVRAM issue and being unable to run Intelligent Provisioning or the IP restore media.  Now the iLO is showing this critical failure:

Uncorrectable Machine Check Exception (Board 0, Processor 2, APIC ID 0x00000020, Bank 0x00000019, Status 0xFE200000'000C110A, Address 0x00000000'C2300FC0, Misc 0xE4FC3816'0C802086)

I followed the link, but all it says is "replace the processor."  However, the iLO says the processors are fine, as is everything else in the server.  Green checkmarks on everything but this.

Can anyone tell me what this means?  If the processor is bad, why isn't the CPU item also marked as an issue?

Any insight is appreciated.

Hello,

I would suggest you check/update the server with the latest bios and firmware.

You can skip only two versions if the server is running very old bios and firmware.

HPE ProLiant Gen8 Servers - Software and Driver Download

https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=emr_na-c05029574#N10011

Latest bios: 2019.05.24(12 Jun 2019)
Latest ILO 4 firmware:2.75

If the server is running very old and bios you have to update the latest SPP 8.1 from the below link. After that, you have to download the latest bios and firmware and update.
Service Pack for ProLiant 8.1
