DisplayPort connection ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus

Good afternoon,

We have recently purchased a HP ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus and have fitted it with Windows 10. Unfortunately I am unable to get the displayPort working. I have tried different cables, different monitors, cables that convert DP to HDMI/DVI etc. but the same results.

The VGA does work but our application requires the displayPort connection (touch screen).

Is there a specific driver I need to get to make the displayport working?

I have tried using the Matrox G200 driver but to no avail.

Any help and/or suggestions are appreciated,

Niels

Re: DisplayPort connection ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus

Hi,

Ensure to connect to a monitor having display port (i.e. display port to display port connection).

Also please go through below advisory and refer the solution .

If issue persist, you may need to log a support case with HPE for further investigation.
