FanChoice option

Does the FanChoice RackMount increases the rpm of the fan or decrease it
In other way, If I need some more cooling to the CPU, which is better option (RackMount or DeskSide)

Given those limited choices, I'd go with a rack mount fan.

I would also look at increasing air throughput in the computer room and locating legacy equipment in the part of the room with the highest airflow.
