-Issue-

As experienced within this HP Advisory here

I cannot find a contact at HP to get these 2 KVM's replaced.

The units have only recently failed due to the systems being powered off for relocation. Upon powering up we've encountered the 'non-boot' issue as explained in the HP Advisory..

Would someone within HP Support please contact me so 2 replacement switches with the correct FIRMWARE are installed?
