HP/Compaq UPS 3000XR
Dear all,
our customer has the following result while testing UPS powered from generator:
the frequency drops up to 48,7Hz is registrated by UPS. After that UPS works with batteries for a few seconds and comes back to the work from the line. The real frequency is 49Hz. The information has been got with the help of Lan Safe 5.0.
Is it possible to enlarge the time of reaction of the UPS to the event or change the threshold of the frequency?
Serhiy.
