HP ML330 G6 - 2nd CPU heatsink

Hi!
I bought for my homelab 2 HP ML330 Gen6.
One as day to day runner, 2nd as spare.
Recently I bought 2nd CPU mezzanine board 504323-001 and installed 2nd CPU and RAM from spare server, but...
I got no heatsink and the one for 1st CPU does not fit.

I can't find P/N in HP manuals what to search on the net...
Anyone knows what should I look for?

There are two types of Heat Sinks as listed below.
