HP Server TC2120

Hi We had a power outage last night.
When i power up the server there are no beeps & the hard disk does not start.
I have removed the RAM - Still no Beeps!.
I have removed Cables from motherboard to HDD.Still no Beeps!
the power comes on & head sync fan is working also green light solid on motherboard.
Can you help? i cannot get into the bios
