HP UPS Management Module - No Device

i have installed new R5500 xr and management module. 2 gl380g5 servers 2003 sp1 and HP UPS Power Protection Agent v4.5 installed connected via 1. and 2. port of man. card to com 1 of servers. in the tray icon i select configure and choose man serv. 1 com1 for both. but tray icon always say "No Device" also windows cannot find any hardware about ups what should i do ?
