HP UPS R3000 XR + ERM : question on Run Time Remaining

Hi everyone...

 

We have HP UPS R3000 XR with one ERM.

 

The indicated Run Time Remaining showed by WebUI

of Management module is only 7minutes.

To us it seems to be very short time given the 65% load

and indicated battery capacity 100%.

 

Does anyone know what might be the reason for such

a short estimated remaining runtime?

The UPS is configured for 1 ERM.

Hello,

Do you have the latest firmware?

Were the batteries or the ERMs replaced recently?
