HP not responding to case on HP Support Center

I opened case # 5309242745 on 6/1 and have not received the normal email acknowledgement nor phone call since that time.  I have updated the case twice, still no response from HP.  Are cases in the Support Center no longer being worked?  Has a new method or reporting trouble been introduced?  Anyone having a similar experience?

I'd suggest calling or chatting with an agent and make sure the case is moving through the queue
