Hi Everyone,
I have a refurb moonshot 1500 and can't get it to power up. The support docs for both the moonshot and the PS state it should at least give off an amber light if there is an issue -- no light means no power from the wall which isn't the case. There are also notations tp a circuit breaker and stand-by mode but those are not followed up in the docs.
- I'm using the standard IEC C-13 computer power cord, not a PLC/data supporting cord.
- There is power to all cords
- All cords are coming from a more than capable UPS
- I have tried reseating the units and additional hardware but would be interested if there are specific modules that the power supply is controlled by.. (i.e. could a bad control module be recognized by the PSU)
- There are no lit LEDS anywhere
- This is the first attempted bootup after receiving shipment
I have scoured, the moonsot setup guide, troubleshooting guide, and the power supply setup guide. Can someone describe any additional things to try?

Re: HPE Moonshot 1500W Power Supply - No LEDs, No power
Right on the mark. I looked at the label for 1200 but purchased the 1500. 1500W is 220-240V only. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
