HPE ProLiant ML110 Gen10 Server

Please our HPE ProLiant ML110 Gen10 Server has been working fine since morning today but around 1pm there was a power failure and we could not short server down properly before the UPS went off. When the power was restored, we try to power on the server to continue working but it cannot boot up to enable us to login into it. We try F10 to check if all the configuration are ok but discover the array configuration are gone. Kindly come to our aid as we need to process some data latest Monday coming week. The Server detail shown below: SERIAL NUMBER:  confidential information removed PRODUCT NUMBER: P03684-S01

Dear User,

When you attempt to boot the server, do you see any message asking to press F1 or F2. If you see that, please hit the F2 key & proceed.

When you get into F10 options, check if you have an option to Enable the Logical Drive if it is Disabled due to improper shut down.

Also let us know if you see any error message when you turn on the server, please share if any.

For faster assistance, we recommend to raise a support ticket with HPE technical support team. There are chances that the support team can assist you through a remote session on the server.
