Hello,

HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10 Server hangs with with error "Server Critical fault(Service information: power On Fault, Processor(Intell), Processor 1 (02h))

Could you please clarify is this a CPU problem or motherboard problem?

Hello,

Please replace CPU 1.

Or

I would suggest, you have to log a proper case with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.
