HPE R/T3000 G4 INTL UPS shutting down randomly

Hello, 

Us mentioned in subject i have 2 redundant HPE R/T3000 G4 INTL UPS , one of those two UPS is shutting down randomly, without displaying any error or warning statut et restart agin few minute later, nothing relevant is ddisplayed in the log, i have cheked everything but i still don't know why i have this problem ? anyone please can help me.

Hi KacemSys, 

There can be many things which needs to be checked. 

If the UPS is restarting when its on power source or on battery. If its going off on power sourse then its not going into battery  automatically. 

There can be another thing If the issue is happening when its running on battery then we need to run the test button on the UPS itself. 

If the issue persists then please log a ticket with HPE since we need to check the logs form the HPE power protector.
