HPE R6000 G2 INTL UPS can't be discovered by some servers

I have updated the firmware of UPS to 1.5.7, I have installed  power protector  version 2.02.87 to the servers (RHEL 6.10). I could manage to discover and configure as power source in two servers but in the other three servers, UPS can't be discovered.

I am trying excatly the same steps; Address scan and enter ip address and credentials. I checked the credentials, I entered by copying however dicovery finds nothing.

The network module of the UPS is pingable from all 5 servers. (Should I check some ports?)
I have rested the network modules and try again.

I have replace the network cables of one of the two servers and one of the three servers.

However, nothing changed.

How can I investigate further?
