HPE SSD RAID 5 Poor Speed
Dear all,
we have configured RAID 5 using HPE SSD 1.9TB,
We have 8 SSD disk and created RAID 5, we have enabled write cache at the controller P440. the speed is really slow than our SAS Raid5.
Can someone please advise what am i doing wrong?

Thank you for contact community support.
Please share the below-required information to isolating the issue.
- Share the SSD hard disk model number and hard disk current firmware.
- Share the SA P440 controller's current firmware.
- Current bios version.
- What is the issue?
- When did this issue occur? Date and Time?
- Was there any activity carried out on this server prior to the issue? If yes, please share the details.
- Any hardware/software changes made? If yes, please share the details.
- Any external storage connected.

to have those info i need ot reboot a production server.
one question i have RAID 6 SSD " model hp 816876-005" enable cache 70% read.
i've been doing some reading and understand dont need to enable cache on the ssd raid.
is this true ?
