HW Error dected on VMWare not from ILO

Hello,

On one of our Proliant, a Fan error is notified by VMWare and not seen on ILO. We don't realy know if Fan is out of order because we can't opening it but, nearby the server, this one is not noisy. We don't think fan Out of order.

What kind of data VMWare use to notified HW errors ?

Does somebody got thart kind of doubt between 2 notification ?
