How do I invoke the OSD on a Compaq 3310 KVM OSD?

I have a Compaq rack-mounted 3310 KVM switch (8-ports, ps/2 connectors, P/N 169968-002). There are 4 devices currently connected and the switch works fine manually. My question is; How do I invoke the OSD? Pressing the Print Screen key just sequentially blinks all ports from right to left, but doesn't stop on any active ports and will only stop if the key is pressed a second time. CTRL-CTRL does not work either. Also, how do I update the firmware?
