How do I upload pictures?

I'd like some help identifying the model number of a product by using a picture of the product but I can't seem to upload a picture.

To be clear, I am wanting to upload an image to this forum. There is a camera icon just above the field I'm typing in and it is asking for a source of the picture. I can't seem to add a copied file suggesting the picture needs some sort of address to pull from. I'm not sure so am looking for some assistance.

I created a URL and was able to allow access. I saw no way to copy and paste.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is an insert photos icon on the tool bar that will allow you to upload images to the post.
