InfoSight: Call Home Never Recieved

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered same InfoSight problems and/or has a solution.

About 4 days ago I deployed iLO amplifier and connected it to InfoSight. Now at the server dashboard in connectivity tab I get following error:

 

However in iLO Amplifier everything seems OK, every server looks like this:

 

Does anyone have a clue?

Please check if the Firewall allows both inbound and outboun traffic.

If the issue stll persists, please contact the HPE support team and log a ticket so that it can be analysed.

Go to ProLiant and ask the technician to send it to the InfoSight team.

Hello, try to update AmplifierPack to the v1.40. It solved a few server for me, not all.

Did you find a solution becasue the heartbeat is working in infosigth but the call home is not showing up in a few of our customers. However the ilo apmplifier status says AHS log successfully upload with the 1.40 appliance version

Still the same problem for me. Call home never received.
