J1497A KVM

I have a used J1497A KVM which I bought for use with my Netservers, the trouble is it seems to have a password on the screen saver and I don't know it, is there a way to reset it or have I wasted some money?

Hi David, I have had this problem before and although I have not got one any more, I seem to remember that there was a little reset button on the switch. You either pressed it as you powered on or with the power on hold it in for 10 seconds.
Dredging this up from memory so hope it helps
