problem_description : We have a HP KVM CAT5 1x1x16 IP Console Switch and a have lost the admin password for this unit (a member of staff has left and we have no way of contacting him) Is there a way we can perform a reset of the unit ? Many thanks Craig Hawthorne

Hi,
It may not be set.
The default username is Admin (Capital A).
There is no password - it's blank.
However it can be reset to defaults.
Please see attached image.
