Key for HP 46298C rack

None of my CEs are able to locate a key for this rack.
Does anyone know how to obtain one? These racks were
used in systems around 1990, probably even earlier. TIA --Tim

Any 3rd party refurbisher of HP equipment should have one floating around. Quite possibly you can get a key from one of them. You can find a list of companies at www.3k.com under vendor listings, hardware.

However, have you considered either taking a drill to the lock or having a locksmith open it for you and making a key from the lock itself? This would cost about $100.
