Looking for a pdf manual for a Deltec PRA 1500

I have a Compaq Deltec PRA 1500 UPS with a blinking AC light on the front. I have verified that the unit is getting AC since the battery is maintaining a full charge. Anyone know what the light means?

I found a website with a manual for a different Deltec but it has no mention of the LED blinking. There are a few other links you might be interested in on the page. If you could get the serial link to work you could use the software which appears to still be available to check out the UPS a bit more closely.

Good morning Dean;
I don't have an answer for you on this matter I have 3 APC UPS's. I know what the blinking means on them. Someone is giving me a Compaq Deltec 1500 this week, and I was wondering if you had gotten hold of a manual because I will be needing one. I would be glad to pay for any copying expences.
