ML150 Gen9 firmware

I bargained a nice used server from a customer that went into the cloud.
I want to update everything but from the uefi shell it can't reach the HP server to get firmware.
Downloading from a different PC fails because of the explicitly irritating entitlements HP seems to see a need for.
Why can't we just update without this stupid restriction?

I would suggest to update the server with the latest SPP (Service Pack for ProLiant) ,follow the below link.
