Ml10 Gen9 E3-1225v5 not all lanes useable for upgrade to three i.e. x4 + x4 + x8 pci cards?

Hello all,

i want to upgrade from a working setup using

1.  m.2 on pci card x4 lanes

2. m.2 on pci card x4 lanes

3.  10GBe mellanox connectx-3 C11A x4 lanes

upgradiung to

3. 40Gbe mellanox connectx-3 C353A x8 lanes

I can't find a solution where both m.2 drives  and C353A  are all working. Sometimes it doesn't boot at all . If it boots with all three cards installed everytime one drive does not show up. Did i miss something in manual:

where i found 2x8 + 1x4 + 1x1 bus width. That should be enough for my upgrade?

I am grateful for any advice what i am missing?

I think the configuration looks good but just wanted to check if these cards are HPE branded and supported on the server?

thanks for your answer but i can not imagine that the missing HPE brand causes the problem because any combination of 2 of this cards out of the 3 i want to use is working well.
