Post failure - internal health alarm

DL380 Gen 5.  Today it hung after the Raid controller display.  Restarted and it immediately alarms the internal health light and shows no other errors.

I am wondering what diagnostic resources are available, I have not had to deal with any problems for so long I forget whats available.  Its a hobby/home use situation so I dont have much in the way of backup for low level stuff.

And of course all my info and resources from the past are on this machine.

EDIT- turns out I had a memorycontroller/subsystem  failure so bad it did not show a DIMM failure. Replacing DIMMS showed I had a bad one BUT banks 6/8 error when good memory is placed there. So running but on 12 gb.

At least now I can see if a chip level solution is possible as I have a spare motherboard that can supply donor parts and the tools to do surface mount repairs.
