Power Manager and HPSIM
I have no problem to install Power Manger or Rack and Power Manager on the DL380G4, but whenever I installed the HPSIM 4.1 on the same server, the serial connection between the DL380G4 and R3000XR will drop, so Power Manager or Rack n Power Manager will not detect the R3000XR anymore. Have anyone face the same problem? I tried the same installation on a DL380G2 server and do not have such problem. Don't know why this DL380G4 giving me such hard time??

Re: Power Manager and HPSIM
I have the same problem on our internal systems. HP Power just can't communicate over the serial port. I was able to move the serial port cable to another server and use the network agent for the SIM machine. I also have the same problem on a client network, but depsite having removed SIM, can't make HP Power talk to the UPS. Both UPS's are R3000XR (low)

Re: Power Manager and HPSIM
Have you disabled CLI on iLO Card of the server that has the UPS attached?
