Proliant DL360 Gen10 - AHS log to access?

Helo AHS team,

how can I to access/open the AHS  log?

I tried repeatedly to download it from the ILO web interface, or from ILOrest,  reset ILO, reset server, but to no succes. 

Your Active Health System Viewer shows a message:
Error: File was not able to be processed as SMBIOS type 0 records are not found.
