R12000 UPS
I have an R12000 ups connected to a proliant dl380g6. Firmware on the ups is 2.0.2. The firmware on the management module is 2.1.3. The remote agent installed is version 4.5. On the download site it shows that version 5.0 is available but when it's installed you get version 4.5.
I can configure and connect to the management module with no problem with hyperterminal, telnet or through the web interfacce. The problem is that the remote agent shows there is no device even though, if I go to connect, I can see the IP address of the UPSMM and connect to it. The remote agent will show that it's connected for approximately 10 seconds then show there is no device for approximately 7 minutes. In other words, the agent will not stay connected. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: R12000 UPS
Just to make sure when configure the PPA, select the second field (Management Module #2) for "No Server", don't leave it as "Any Server". Second field is used for redundancy.
