R5500 UPS battery maintenance without downtime

Hi
I like to check if anyone has changed the battery of the R5500 UPS without powering down its connected load

Hi Chia,

R5500 UPS is built for HOT-SWAP batteries. I have not changed this product batteries yet. but, I've done other products. it should be easy task. you can use manual for replacing the battery procedures.
