RX5500XR UPS
Morning,
I have the above UPS with a failed battery, it is also connected to the extended battery unit, one of the batteries has failed, how can i detect which battery is faulty ?

You need to replace all the bateries (internal to UPS and in ERM).

Couldn't you disconnect the ERM and then run a battery test on the UPS, I assume this would then tell you if the failed battery is in the UPS or the ERM?
