I have to call in from time to time to log tickets with HP for server support. I have tried to chat with HP to log an issue but it never seems to work for me. The website asks for the SAID #. As I understand it, the SAID is purchased after initial warranty has lapsed. For all the servers I have called in, they are always under initial 3 year warranty and I therefore do not have an SAID.

How can I chat with HP to log cases/tickets for my servers without an SAID? All I have are server serial numbers.
