SERVER'S HANG
Dear All,
I'm Facing an issue with few server hang at same time and cant access even through remote, the server is like a member server and it sconnected with a DC below that Dc its like ADC and the third was a kind of Member server. So when one of the server gets hang all other server's also get the same issue in this net loop and not able to access any of them.
Even we tried unplugging the network cable for any port issue as well, it remains the same and when restarts it will be fine. Please clarrify as its a hardware issue or a software issue.

Re: SERVER'S HANG
Hi Mohamed
Please include the server model. The issues needs complete analysis of the logs.
There could be multiple reasons of this issue, it could be
- Hardware component on the board
- Storage controller
- Drives
- Logical partition / file system
- Physical memory
- Operating system etc.
I would appreciate if your could call the HPE support and share the logs.
We should be able to find the cause / fix it by replacing the suspected component on the server.
Thank you
Regards
Kulwinder
