Hallo,

ein Kunde von uns hat für seine 2 x 22U Server Racks seine Schlüssel verschlampt kann mir einer sagen wo man neue Schlüssel für seine 2 Server Racks Ordern kann ?

Hello,

To get a new key for the rack please capture the rack model & part number and then check the spares list from support.hpe.com

if the spares list has front door kit part (Includes door, handle, hinges, and two keys) you can order part or raise case accordingly.

You can also share the part number of the RACK we can check the corresponding spare part number & share the same for you to order.
