Service Notes in General
I have seen various service notes for different products, but not too much info as to where they are obtained from? Does HP send them to customers with hardware agreements? If so, I have never received any on the systems we have. Is there a web site to view them?
We are always looking (although not always buying) at new equipment and since we usually go through 3rd party vendors it would be nice to see what, if any, service notes have been released on that equipment.
Thanks.

Re: Service Notes in General
Hi Robert,
Service Notes are normally an internal document and not available to customers. There is no mechanism to deliver service notes to customers. Many times though the content is rewritten (From a list of instructions) and posted as an ITRC document or a new letter article depending on the nature of the Service Note.
