Smart Array P420I warning
Hello,
OS could not loaded. It stuck on Window Logo, and could not pass.
Checked the volume statement. I can see one waring said: Smart Array P420i in the Embedded Slot has one or more cache module batteries/cappacitors that are recharging. caching operations such as expansion,Extension, and migration are temporarily suspended until the batteries/capacitors are fully charged.caching operations will automaically resume when charging is compplete.
Can you give advice for below verification?
The system is degraded only if expereience above issue.
The OS failure to run should be casued by other issue.
brgds

Re: Smart Array P420I warning
Hello Liu Wei,
Please check the status after cache module batteries/cappacitors status becomes healthy.
is there any post eerror message ? Please engage the Remote support team for logs analysis and spare replacement if still cache module batteries/cappacitors errors are seen on server.
Regards'
