Specs for the HP A3589A PowerTrust 5.5 kVA UPS

Does anyone have the specifications, and preferably the user manual for the above UPS?

If so, feel free to email me if you want, or post information here.

Why don't HP put *any* information about this unit? There is not much support for an older product when even the bare essentials are not available online. There seems no excuse for this now.

Thanks for that. I had seen that PDF mentioned elsewhere on the HP forum, but it only seems to be chapter 4 of a manual and deals with bascially switching the unit on/off.

It also says somewhere something about powering equipment for 'up to 15 minutes'. That seems to make no sense to me. Although I don't have the unit, I understand it has twenty 17 Ah 12 V batteries. Assuming 80% efficiency, I calcualte that at a load of 5.5 kW, it should be able to sustain that for 35 minutes. So I'm a bit puzzeled where the 'up to 15 minutes' comes from.

I'd very much like a set of specifications for the unit.
