Support for Powertrust UPS ?

Hi,

does anybody know if there is an official HP support site for Powertrust UPS on the Internet ?

After doing an upgrde from 10.20 to 11.0 on several of our 800 servers, we encountered problems with some of our PowerTrust UPS. Through HP support we were redirected to Merlin Gerin in France for support ( we are located in Norway) and received a firmware upgrade that solved our problem.

Try www.mgeups.com, and look for Pulsar EX 15/20/30 (this is the equivalent for the PowerTrust model we have.)
