UPS 5500 XR to proper shutdown

Dear All,

I have UPS 5500 xr where my HP proliant DL380 G5 are attached.

with the HPPM i manged to have proper shutdown to servers, but i couldnt manage to startup the servers automatically.

 

Kindly advice how i can do this, and please not that the UPS has no NW cards it is attached to the management server with serial cable.
