UPS Battery Run time Error

I have two UPS's with similar load (24%-26%)
one is a R3000XR, the battery runtime is 22 Min
the other T2200XR, the battery runtime is 400 Min. (very unlikely) How can I correct this reading? I have tested the run time of the T2200XR and it's no where near 400 mins...
