Dear All,
We have a HP R8000/3UPS with XR UPS management module card (AF401A).
They are updated to latest version (Screenshot below)
We are having an error with description: "UPS communications lost" (Screenshot below)
Batteries of UPS are all OK!
We can't see the UPS in Management module in attached devices section
We would appreciate it if you can help us.
