UPS HP PowerTrust II-MR

I have obtained an older UPS (model A6584A). The previous owner stated that the UPS was operational. I have no user manual and have only gotten the UPS to work in "by-pass" mode with an N-class server. Does anyone have any experience with the 6584A UPS or know where I can find a user manual for this UPS?

Shalom Michael,

If it only works in bypass, the batteries may be dead, or the PDU may be not working. Certainly its now not working, if it was when purchased.

The best thing to do to get it working is engage HP Hardware to fix it. The manual should be somewhere in docs.hp.com
